Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes, enhancing maintenance efficiency and profitability. You will supervise parts stock, cycle counts, and ordering with ServiceNet/AS400, while ensuring timely repairs and accurate vendor payments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the branch finance team, warranty coordination, and adherence to scheduling and compliance requirements. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.
• Willingness to travel, meet schedule, and undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) and minimize loss.
• Order parts following sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and track parts; perform cycle counts; update PartsNet timely.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock in correct quantities.
• Support warranty items, returns, and warranty-grams with the warranty department.
• Coordinate repairs with Customer Service Coordinator as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed accurately and timely.
