Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups to identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams to deliver due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to align on inorganic targets.
