Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong financial statement understanding and matrix-organization experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; travel up to 15%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development and execution.
• Prepare management pitch documents for inorganic opportunities.
• Manage portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas and scenarios.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Drive inorganic projects through all phases from identification to completion.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
