Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic projects, digital health ventures, and new business opportunities. The role interacts with senior management and may be performed remotely with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available.
A 10% target bonus applies to base salary, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in corporate portfolio, M&A, strategy and analytics; healthcare sector experience beneficial.
- Strong financial statement understanding and ability to build business cases.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
- Lead projects with cross functional teams from due diligence to board approvals and execution.
- Prepare pitch documents to align management on inorganic targets.
- Model scenarios and valuations for target assets (DCF/NPV/precedent).
- Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces and investors.
