Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth across inorganic opportunities and the corporate portfolio. The role collaborates with senior leadership to evaluate targets, lead due diligence, and build compelling business cases.

The position involves travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters and offers a target annual bonus of 10%. Visa sponsorship is not available; remote work may be possible with local travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD/M&A/Strategy with 2+ years in healthcare; 3+ years in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business cases, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management on inorganic targets.
• Manage portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas and scenarios.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Drive inorganic opportunities from identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects and communicate with external interfaces.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to consultants, brokers, and banks.
• Use market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
