Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic and organic initiatives, including digital health and venture opportunities. You will work with senior leaders on due diligence, business case development and valuation analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA strongly preferred.
5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
Experience in a highly complex, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets.
Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
Manage internal portfolio analyses and scenario planning for new business areas and target evaluations.
Build valuations using methods like DCF, NPV, and precedents.
Oversee strategic corporate projects through all phases including identification, evaluation, negotiation and execution.
Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to consultants, brokers, and investment banks.
Leverage market dynamics to inform strategy and future direction.
