Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth across the corporate portfolio through strategic inorganic and organic initiatives, including digital health and venture opportunities. While this role may be performed remotely, there will be regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters, so local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy; 3+ years in healthcare; strong financial statement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution for corporate projects.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage strategic corporate portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas and scenarios.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses; present findings to executives.
