Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth through inorganic opportunities and new business development, including digital health and biopharma ventures.

The role will collaborate with global teams, manage due diligence, and present strategies to senior leadership. Travel up to 15% is required; remote work is possible with preference for local candidates in USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific/technical/finance field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in BD/M&A/Strategy with at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to execute corporate projects.
