Harris Computer, a leading software acquirer, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to build relationships and drive our M&A strategy in North America. You will self-manage outreach, identify targets, and initiate conversations with founders and executives to position Harris as a preferred partner.

In this role, you will develop pipeline, lead outbound prospecting, and collaborate with the M&A team to refine processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by sourcing software company targets.
• Lead outbound prospecting and build relationships with founders and executives.
• Position Harris as a trusted acquirer and partner.
• Develop and implement new outreach methods to improve processes.
• Use the M&A CRM to track activities and opportunities.
