You will identify software company targets, lead strategic outreach, and position Harris as a preferred acquirer while leveraging a dedicated M&A CRM to track progress and results.

Qualifications

• Proactive & goal-oriented with a track record of initiative in business development.
• Strong relationship-building with founders and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills across levels, including C-suite.
• Solid business acumen to assess opportunities and articulate ideas.
• Experience or familiarity with M&A processes and deal sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by identifying and sourcing software companies that fit investment goals.
• Lead outbound prospecting and targeted outreach to build relationships with owners and executives.
• Be a trusted partner by nurturing long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Innovate outreach processes and bring new methods to improve efficiency.
• Utilize the M&A CRM to manage the pipeline and track activities.
