Harris Computer seeks a Corporate Development Associate to build relationships and drive our M&A strategy across North America. In a highly autonomous role, you will self‑manage, develop outreach strategies, and initiate conversations that lead to acquisitions.

You will develop the M&A pipeline, initiate relationships with founders and executives, and position Harris as the preferred partner. 2–5 years in M&A is preferred, with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A preferred.
• Self‑starter who can manage autonomous workstreams.
• Ability to identify opportunities and engage c‑suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A Pipeline by sourcing software companies aligned with investment goals.
• Lead outbound prospecting and build relationships with owners and senior leaders.
• Nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers to position Harris as acquirer of choice.
• Innovate outreach processes and use the M&A CRM to track activity and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution.
