Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a motivated Corporate Development Associate to join our M&A team. You will build the M&A pipeline, identify software company targets, and initiate conversations with founders and executives, aiming to position Harris as the preferred acquirer.

You will work autonomously, develop outreach strategies, manage relationships from outreach to closing, and use our M&A CRM to track activities and progress toward clear growth targets. North America eligibility across U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A preferred.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and goal orientation.
• Excellent communication with founders and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by sourcing software companies aligned with investment goals.
• Lead outbound prospecting and build rapport with business owners and senior leadership.
• Build long-term relationships and position Harris as the acquirer of choice.
• Innovate outreach processes with autonomous initiatives and visible impact.
• Use the M&A CRM to track activities and support data-driven decisions.
