You will operate with high autonomy, develop creative outreach methods, and leverage our M&A CRM to track progress and outcomes, ensuring disciplined, data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of targets in business development.
• Excellent communication with founders, executives, and C-suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholders across deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by sourcing software companies aligned with investment goals.
• Lead outbound prospecting and build relationships with business owners and executives.
• Be a trusted partner, nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Innovate outreach processes and use the CRM to track activities and measure results.
• Support Harris as a credible potential acquirer through disciplined execution.
