Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a motivated Corporate Development Associate to drive our M&A strategy and build relationships with software founders and executives across North America. You will develop the M&A pipeline, lead outbound outreach, and act as a trusted partner to position Harris as the acquirer of choice while innovating processes and using our CRM to track activities.

Qualifications

Proactive, goal‑oriented and self‑starter with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent relationship builder able to engage with founders and C‑suite.
Strong entrepreneurial drive with ability to work independently.
Executive presence and maturity when engaging with senior leadership.
Solid business sense to assess opportunities and articulate ideas.

Responsibilities

Develop the M&A pipeline by identifying software companies aligned with investment goals.
Lead outbound prospecting and strategic outreach to build relationships with owners and executives.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and position Harris as preferred acquirer.
Innovate outreach processes and contribute visible improvements to the M&A workflow.
Utilize the M&A CRM to meticulously track activities and inform decisions.
