Harris Computer is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to build and manage a proactive M&A pipeline. You will initiate conversations with founders and executives, establishing Harris as a preferred partner.

You will operate autonomously in a North American setting, with room to innovate processes, track activities in our CRM, and drive measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes relationship building and deal sourcing across software targets.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal‑oriented with initiative to drive outcomes.
• Strong relationship builder capable of engaging with founders and executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and independence.
• Comfort engaging with C‑suite executives and decision makers.
• 2–5 years of M&A experience preferred and relevant business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by sourcing software companies aligned with investment goals.
• Lead outbound prospecting and strategic outreach to build rapport with owners and leaders.
• Build long‑term relationships with key decision makers and position Harris as acquirer of choice.
• Autonomously innovate outreach processes and improve methodologies.
• Utilize the M&A CRM to track activities and inform decisions.
