Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care Specialty Account Manager to lead LTC commercial activities in an assigned geography. You will drive product adoption and manage accounts to support a successful launch.

The role requires disease-state expertise, relationship-building with LTC care teams, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel to facilities is required, with a competitive package including bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.
• Strong digital marketing aptitude and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan with account plans for LTC facilities.
• Navigate payer policies and patient access programs to ensure timely access.
