Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care Specialty Account Manager to drive LTC commercial activities and execute strategies for a successful product launch.

You will act as a disease-state expert, account specialist, and territory leader responsible for building relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, and care teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales with LTC exposure, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within the geography of the assigned territory.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under accelerated timelines in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive LTC product adoption in facilities.
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements.
• Develop territory business plans and account plans with quarterly goals.
• Navigate payer policies and patient access programs.
• Travel as needed to cover the assigned geography.
