Job summary

NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide overall direction for the Dedicated Fleet operation and support the Project Manager in daily tasks. You will plan loads, schedule drivers, and dispatch across resources, while maintaining driver relations and accurate data in our systems.

The role includes payroll management, expense approvals, and contributing to safety and labor policy implementation. A favorable bonus and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask; extended hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive working relations with all drivers.
• Communicates service issues to internal and external contacts.
• Performs load planning, driver scheduling and dispatching.
• Coordinates daily data entry in NFI’s order-management system (TMW).
• Coordinates with invoicing for timely weekly customer invoices.
• Ensures timely completion of daily/weekly tasks.
• Provides weekly KPI/performance data reports.
• Coordinates truck/trailer maintenance scheduling.
• Works with safety for DriveCam, HOS and compliance.
