Job summary

The Logistics Coordinator at NFI Industries provides overall direction within the Dedicated Fleet operation and supports the Project Manager with daily tasks. You will manage driver communications, load planning, scheduling, dispatch, data entry in TMW, and invoicing coordination to ensure timely customer payments.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in logistics, strong MS Office skills and experience with TMW, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and extend hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relations with drivers and internal teams.
• Communicate service issues to appropriate personnel and departments.
• Perform load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Coordinate daily data entry into NFI’s order-management system (TMW).
• Coordinate with invoicing to ensure timely, accurate weekly customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI/performance data reports to stakeholders.
• Support Project Manager with safety, security, and labor policy implementations.
