Saia Sales LLC seeks an energetic sales professional to expand our client base and grow revenue in the Tampa area. You will identify opportunities, tailor freight solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and CRM proficiency, with regular travel to client sites and events. Commission-based earnings and a car allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B environments preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and a strong sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and secure new clients within assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
• Understand client objectives and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate across operations and internal teams to deliver quality service.
• Develop client growth and retention plans for long-term profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales to exceed targets.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
