Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a capable Regional Account Manager to drive growth across its Bioresearch portfolio in the Los Angeles territory. This remote role reports to the West Sales team and emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account planning, and strong customer partnerships.

You will engage scientists and decision-makers to expand market presence, connect customers with instruments, software, and services, and advance productivity across life-science

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of field sales experience or selling into the life science or drug discovery industry preferred.
• Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Salesforce.com CRM. Database is preferred, with demonstrated data analysis capability

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic account plans across pharma, biotech, academia, government, and CROs.
• Build trusted relationships with scientists and decision-makers to understand challenges and deliver solutions that accelerate discovery and improve productivity.
• Create and close new business opportunities through proactive engagement and consultative selling with distribution partners.
• Connect customers with integrated solutions across plate reader portfolio to support research, screening, production, and quality control workflows.
• Shape territory performance by forecasting, managing funnel, and collaborating cross-functionally for exceptional customer experience and growth.
