Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Key Account Management in the Eastern US. The role leads an account management team to grow market share, manage key customers, and drive revenue growth across life sciences, biotech, pharma, and government segments.

The position reports to the Sr. Director, North America Sales, and is remote within the Eastern US, with travel and field interaction. Competitive base and incentive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life sciences field or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of industry sales experience in life sciences or biotech.
• Minimum 3 years of managing/mentoring sales teams and building high-performing teams.
• Experience applying adult learning theory and leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market share for Eastern US through account management teams.
• Represent Molecular Devices at industry events and develop partnerships.
• Coach account managers to build relationships and position portfolio effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-OPCO Danaher teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide accurate forecasts and drive adoption of standard sales processes.
