The role supports remote work in the Eastern region, with travel and customer engagements across the territory. Strong sales leadership and life sciences knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life sciences discipline.
• 7+ years of industry sales experience in life sciences, biotech, or related fields.
• 3+ years of managing/mentoring sales teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and leadership development programs.
• Ability to use metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market share by leading Eastern North America account management teams.
• Represent Molecular Devices at industry events and build customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with Danaher teams to develop solutions exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and approvals for quotes.
• Lead product development projects and kaizen events to accelerate growth.
• Coach new sales leaders and support onboarding and upskilling programs.
