Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a dynamic sales leader to accelerate growth in the Eastern North America region. You will build and sustain a high-performing account management team, drive regional targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, North America Sales, this remote-ready role covers the Eastern U.S. and requires coaching, partnerships, and portfolio-driven selling to accelerate discovery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• 7+ years of industry sales experience in life sciences, biotech, or related sectors.
• 3+ years of managing/mentoring members of a sales organization.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership development programs, and selling systems.
• Ability to use metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and implement countermeasures.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and market share through planning and performance management of Eastern North America account management teams.
• Achieve regional sales targets by developing and maintaining a High Performing Key Account Management team for the portfolio.
• Represent Molecular Devices and Danaher at industry events.
• Facilitate account manager engagements with customers to drive partnerships.
• Coach key account managers to build relationships in focus accounts and position the portfolio to accelerate discovery.
• Collaborate with Cross-OPCO Danaher teams and leverage internal resources.
• Develop and support solutions that exceed customer expectations across the portfolio.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily quote approvals.
• Drive strategic growth through product development and kaizen events.
