Job summary

DAP in the United States (Maryland, Baltimore) seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to drive training programs that align with organizational objectives. You will analyze needs, design engaging materials, and measure outcomes to boost performance across the RPM Consumer Group.

You will partner with HR partners, SMEs, and vendors to create comprehensive learning journeys, deliver eLearning content, and report on effectiveness while maintaining attention to detail and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Learning and Development, HR, or Education.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS). Oracle experience a plus.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement learning and development programs based on business and organizational needs.
• Understand features and designs of complex programs and deploy to achieve outcomes.
• Conduct needs analyses, craft assessments, design storyboards, and develop design frameworks.
• Create diverse instructional materials and enablement collateral (presentations, guides, videos, simulations).
• Launch, analyze, and report on training surveys; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors; manage learning partners and learning strategy communication.
