• Proven experience managing programs or projects and delivering complex L&D initiatives.
• Experience in curriculum and instructional design for learning experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with project management software and L&D tools (LMS, monday.com).
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
