Job summary

Gulfshoresal is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and facilitate corporate growth initiatives. You will partner with HR leadership to identify training needs and manage end-to-end program execution across multiple delivery methods, including in-person and online platforms.

You will also drive performance improvements by refining curricula, overseeing LMS functionality, and coordinating city-wide onboarding and compliance trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
• Five years of progressive HR experience focusing on training and development.
• Experience designing and delivering organization-wide learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver organization-wide employee growth and performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to assess training needs and plan programs.
• Oversee LMS administration and alignment with HR systems.
