DAPDAP is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive training initiatives for the RPM Consumer Group, aligning programs with strategic goals and measuring impact. You will build human capital through development programs, partner with HR and SMEs, and deliver comprehensive training across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Learning and Development, HR, Education.
• 3-5 years professional experience in Learning & Development roles.
• Interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Able to juggle multiple projects with changing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement learning programs based on business needs.
• Design assessments, storyboards, and design frameworks for the training lifecycle.
• Create instructional materials and enablement collateral (presentations, guides, videos, simulations).
• Launch, analyze, and report training surveys; evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to deliver programs; manage vendors.
• Communicate training needs and gain management buy-in for learning strategy.
• Work within LMS to create paths, track progress, and generate reports.
• Develop eLearning using Brainshark and other tools.
