Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or a related field, including experience leading programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and development function by designing and implementing strategies, programs, and experiences that build employee capability, improve performance, and support business goals.
• Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum development, delivery, facilitation, and measurement across technical, professional, leadership, and LMS components.
• Manage learning and development policies, programs, and systems, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Measure learning effectiveness through participation, completion, knowledge transfer, learner feedback, and business impact metrics, and use data to improve programs and priorities.
