Job summary

DAP seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to drive training initiatives for the RPM Consumer Group. You will partner with HR and SMEs to assess needs, design programs, and deliver engaging learning experiences that boost performance.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to grow and evolve with the organization. Prior LMS experience and a CPLP/CPTD are pluses.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programs that improve performance.
• Ability to conduct learning needs analyses and create design frameworks.
• Proficient in LMS platforms and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement learning and development programs based on business needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and implement programs.
• Create and deploy a variety of instructional materials and eLearning assets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Manage learning partners and vendor relationships.
