Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR certification preferred.
• 8–15 years of HR experience in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and implements training programs aligned to business objectives.
• Partners with HR business partners and leaders to identify training needs.
• Researches and designs practices to foster a corporate learning culture across the organization.
• Develops organizational development training content, including e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Identifies opportunities to improve learning processes for scale and automation, and documents processes.
• Automates and coordinates with IT to implement automation and improve data processing.
• Ensures training programs meet compliance, quality, and performance standards.
