You will diagnose needs, shape strategy, and own end-to-end program delivery, partnering with senior leaders to ensure consistency with learning standards.

The role emphasizes measurement, continuous improvement, and collaboration with the broader L&D team to drive performance and adoption of new tools. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Experience facilitating for audiences from frontline to executives; expect a facilitation demonstration.
• Strong instructional design across modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning) with authoring tools knowledge and program measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose learning needs; translate goals into learning strategies and solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of core programs across Servicing, Sales, Funding, or leadership development.
• Collaborate with L&D team and executives to ensure consistency across programs and standards.
• Build measurement frameworks to evaluate outcomes and business impact; drive continuous improvement.
