Job summary

DAPDAP is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to strengthen employee development programs and align training with organizational strategy. You will partner with HR, SMEs, and business leaders to assess needs, design engaging learning journeys, and deliver programs that boost performance across the RPM Consumer Group.

You will create diverse instructional materials, manage surveys, and report on effectiveness, continuously identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Learning and Development, HR, Education.
• 3-5 years professional experience in Learning & Development roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement learning programs based on business needs.
• Work with SMEs to design training programs and determine delivery methods.
• Manage learning partners and other vendors.
• Create, launch, analyze, and report on training surveys.
• Utilize LMS to create learning paths and reports, and develop eLearning content.
