Suntec U in Phoenix seeks a Learning and Development Manager to own strategy and the multi-year Suntec University roadmap, linking business goals to workforce capability. The role leads the Suntec U team and partners with senior leaders to align learning to safety, performance, and career growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in L&D, strong instructional design, LMS and HRIS experience, and willingness to travel 25% for field-based programs.

• Oversee development of training materials and maintain LMS records.
• Own the e-learning function and ensure consistent quality across online learning.
• Establish metrics for program effectiveness and adjust based on data.
• Build partnerships with external educational institutions.
