Job summary

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and design of effective training programs. Experience with Cornerstone LMS, iSpring, and travel up to 25% is expected, with a US export compliance note applicable.

• Champions Learning and Development culture across sites.
• Tailors content to audiences while promoting a unified company culture.
• Conducts annual training needs assessments to identify gaps.
• Develops training programs and objectives.
• Administers training and evaluates progress against benchmarks.
• Manages training costs and tools within budget.
• Develops training materials using varied media.
• Trains and coaches managers and supervisors involved in employee development.
