• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of learning/leadership development experience with designing and delivering training.
• Experience partnering with executives to translate priorities into people development initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs and managing budgets.
