Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to lead the strategy, development, and execution of learning programs across the organization. You will manage a small L&D team, partner with Operations and Manufacturing, and own the Cornerstone LMS roadmap to drive accessible and effective learning.

You’ll design onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training, while aligning programs to career paths and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in L&D with leadership experience.
• Advanced Cornerstone LMS expertise preferred.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools like Easygenerator and Articulate 360.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Proven stakeholder relationships and project management.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for learning and development aligned with business priorities and talent strategy.
• Lead and develop two L&D Specialists and foster a high-performing team.
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to tailor training that improves performance.
• Design and implement onboarding, manager training, IDPs, and compliance programs.
• Oversee LMS governance, content management, reporting, and user experience.
• Shape the learning technology roadmap and drive adoption of tools and integrations.
• Create engaging learning assets using e-learning, workshops, and videos.
• Measure outcomes beyond completions and manage budgets and vendors.
