TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader in Tempe, AZ to design and expand training programs aligned with product methodologies. You will deliver comprehensive training for end-users, partners, and distributors, including curriculum and exams, and build induction programs.

The role requires strong problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to facilitate class discussions; travel up to 25% is expected. Proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps is essential.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Mansioni

• Design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific methodologies.
• Deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training as identified by enterprise needs.
• Develop and maintain induction programs.
