Qualifications

• 8–10 years of learning and/or leadership development experience including developing, implementing and delivering training.
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business or a related field.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into people development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of learning strategy aligned to business needs.
• Design and develop learning and leadership programs with SME collaboration.
• Manage LMS, learning technologies and content delivery.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and improve learner outcomes.
• Travel ~30% to regional offices, jobsites and meetings.
