Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies, manage training programs, and foster employees’ growth across the organization. This role leads the L&D team in creating engaging curricula delivered both virtually and in-person, ensuring tools and content meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, 5+ years in a supervisory role, and proven leadership, project management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies.
• Manage training programs and curricula for virtual and in-person delivery.
• Lead the L&D team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Align learning initiatives with organizational goals and budgets.
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Stay current with L&D trends and incorporate new methods and technologies.
