TaskUs in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs across the organization. You will build curriculum, deliver end-user and enterprise training, and align initiatives with product-training methodologies to empower teams.

This role requires strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools, enabling you to drive learning programs in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product training.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training materials and exams.
• Monitor trainee progress and revise programs to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and e-learning initiatives.
• Research new learning technologies and methodologies for workplace training.
