Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer to design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs across Learning Resources, Content, Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. You will partner with business units to identify learning needs and deliver scalable solutions.

The role operates within Talent, Learning & Development, focusing on employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs. Collaboration with SMEs and governance adherence are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Develop evaluation tools for platform offerings and measure effectiveness.
• Partner with SMEs to update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communications for new courses and training updates.
• Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
• Analyze training metrics to support department goals.
