Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer to partner with business units, identify learning needs, and design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs. The role is part of Talent, Learning & Development to support organizational growth.

The position focuses on creating learning resources, content development, and platform operations, with governance and measurement to drive learning effectiveness across CBRE. A degree and relevant experience help in shaping training strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Broad understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.
Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.

Responsibilities

Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content & Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
Develop evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop and update training materials and curriculums.
Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and updates.
Ensure compliance with governance guidelines through audits and reports.
