Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Development Trainer to partner with business units and design, develop, and rollout high-level training programs and content. The role sits within Talent, Learning & Development, focused on employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs.

You will lead content creation, curriculum development, and platform operations, while evaluating learning effectiveness and keeping up with industry best practices. The position is based in Olympia, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Develop evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials.
