Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer in the United States to design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs across Learning Resources, Content, Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. You will partner with SMEs to update content and ensure governance compliance while evaluating training effectiveness.

The role emphasizes leveraging LMS platforms, ADDIE-driven development, and data-driven decision making to meet CBRE learning demands and corporate growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data interpretation.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or other LMS and ADDIE method.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Develop evaluation tools to measure platform offerings.
• Partner with SMEs to update training materials and curricula.
• Manage communications and marketing plans for new courses.
• Ensure content complies with governance guidelines through audits and reports.
• Analyze training metrics to improve learning effectiveness.
