CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer in the United States to partner with business units, identify learning needs, and design, develop, and roll out high-level training content. The role focuses on Learning Resources, Content/Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform operations within Talent, Learning & Development.

You will collaborate with SMEs, implement evaluation tools, and ensure governance compliance while driving learning outcomes and program improvement across CBRE.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years relevant experience
• Broad understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly and concisely
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Technical career and pathway development experience; preferred
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages and financial figures
• Intermediate skills with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), other LMS, and ADDIE method; preferred

Mansioni

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations
• Develop evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings
• Partner with SMEs to develop content and update training materials and curriculums
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses
• Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines through audits and reports
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness
• Stay current with learning industry trends and best practices
• Gather and analyze data to solve problems and improve training techniques
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward terms
• Support CBRE learning goals through effective program design
