Job summary

CBRE Developmental Trainer will partner with business units to identify learning needs and design, develop, and roll out high-level programs and training content that align with organizational goals. This role supports the Talent, Learning & Development function by evaluating learning outcomes and maintaining governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Broad understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience for judgments.
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Technical career development experience preferred.
• Advanced math for percentages and financial calculations.
• CSOD, LMS, and ADDIE method experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend solutions meeting CBRE learning demands.
• Partner with SMEs to develop content and update training materials and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication plans for new courses and updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report that content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate effectiveness.
• Stay current on learning industry trends and best practices.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems and propose new techniques.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE values (RISE).
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
