ABB is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist in US ELSE Commercial Operations, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation and workforce development.

The role partners across the organization to create engaging learning experiences, develops programs, and equips employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel, strengthening organizational capability and improving business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation for employee success.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into learning solutions.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
