ABB seeks a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations to build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development.

You will partner with across the organization to create engaging learning experiences and programs that equip employees with knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel, strengthening capability and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
5+ years of experience in learning & development or instructional design.
Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional training materials.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with business goals.
Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Create training materials, SOPs, and job aids.
Partner with leaders to translate processes into learning solutions.
Maintain LMS content and monitor training effectiveness.
Foster continuous learning across US ELSE Services.
