Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation supporting employee success.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate processes into effective learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Establish onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, and learning events across the organization.
• Maintain training content in the LMS and monitor participation and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across US ELSE Services.
